Michelle Bertch is the President of Bravi. She is dedicated to the long term success of both the company and its team members. Michelle works hard to provide opportunities and a team atmosphere where each Bravi team member can learn, grow, thrive, and have fun. Michelle spearheads the recruiting efforts and company growth initiatives. Michelle is honest, hardworking, and extremely loyal. Michelle helps to steer the company while keeping the team members aligned.

After learning the hard way about who in business to trust, she carefully screens each of the people and companies she calls "partners". Michelle very strongly believes in giving back to those people who are trustworthy and who provide good services. You can rest assured that if you need a referral to a builder, title company, realtor, financial planner, and so on...the person whose name you get will be someone she personally knows, whose services she has personally used, and someone that she believes to be trustworthy.

Michelle is a licensed real estate salesperson and although she doesn't personally take on new clients, she is behind the scenes helping with many of the clients who use Bravi Realty. She holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Psychology.

Prior to taking the helm at Bravi, Michelle led corporate projects at a large twin cities based company. Michelle created and lead teams comprised of cross-functional business elements.

Michelle is married with two step-daughters. She loves animals and strives to live an eco-friendly lifestyle.

WESLEY BERTCH

Wesley Bertch is an experienced real estate investor. Ever since Wesley was a child he has been preoccupied with real estate. This passion is ever clear in his current role as Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of Bravi. At Bravi he is responsible for driving revenue, business development, and other initiatives to enable the overall business strategy and success of the company. Wesley prides himself on his ability to solve problems by thinking creatively and strategically and thrives on the ever changing and challenging market conditions of the real estate and financing industries. Wesley always welcomes an opportunity to teach others and equally is very much appreciated as a teacher and role model within the Bravi Team.

Prior to his current position, Wesley served as the Director of Information systems at one of the fastest-growing, health, fitness and nutrition companies in the US. Wesley was entrusted with managing a large team of software developers and testers, business analysts, database engineers and others who worked together to create and maintain mission critical software applications.

Wesley has worked as an educator and is a widely regarded Information Technology authority and noted executive. Wesley was an advisory board member for and contributor to Network Computing Magazine. Wesley completed undergraduate coursework at Brigham Young University and holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Business, University of Minnesota.

Wesley truly wants to help others and works to figure out a solution to every problem that crosses before him. Wesley is married and has two daughters.

BETHANY RIVARD

Bethany Rivard serves as the Bravi Office Manager. Bethany has an extensive background in the insurance industry and has a solid real estate perspective. Bethany has a strong desire to help others. She is always a smiling face who is sure to greet you with a warm welcome. Bethany is encouraging and supportive of the entire Bravi Team. She is both honest and caring which shows through in everything that she does. Bethany is a valuable asset to the Bravi Team.

Prior to her current position, Bethany worked for one of the leading companies in the insurance industry. In this role, she interfaced with clients and helped to ensure a high level of customer support and satisfaction. She created and maintained office systems which kept the office functioning and growing. Bethany developed and streamlined processes in order to create a more efficient, professional environment which led to increased customer retention and customer loyalty.

Bethany was recently married in August of this year.
